2A0 Case 2 History
2A-E (AANP Diagnostic Slide Session 1974, Case 9) ---- This 9 year old spayed female terrier-mongrel dog presented with a history of 6 tonic-clonic convulsive seizures during the previous 5 weeks and progressive signs of neurologic disease. At presentation, there was obvious ataxia, slight tilting of the head to the right and constant shivering or trembling. The clinical signs and neurologic examination indicated diffuse and disseminated dysfunction of the central nervous system with prominent signs of cerebellar-vestibular dysfunction.
