Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 19 year old boy who was diagnosed at the age of 8 with Hurler's syndrome. He developed cervical myelopathy. Operative procedure: Multilevel cervical laminectomy and decompression. Perhaps the most interesting aspect of his neurosurgical procedure is the MRI examinations performed in anticipation.
