Case 3 History ---- This patient was an 8-year-old with a diagnosis of Hurler’s disease made at 14 months of age. He developed pneumonia and respiratory failure and died. The general autopsy findings included hepatosplenomegaly, stiff joints, cloudy corneas and evidence of chronic respiratory disease. The brain remarkably weighed 2180 g fresh.
