Case 6 History ---- This patient was a 9 year old female with a history of mucopolysaccharidosis, Sanfillipo type in her usual state of health until presenting in pain and with fever. She was found on subumbilical peritoneal aspiration to have peritoneal free and fecal material resulting from a colonic perforation. The patient because progressively more hypotensive and expired. At autopsy her brain weighed 830 gm.
