Case 4 History ---- After normal growth and development, at age 7 this female patient noted blurred vision on reading. A year later she had macular degeneration and by the age of 11 could only see shadows. Between the ages of 12-15 she had 8 seizures. Her IQ was estimated at 55. She died at the age of 33.
