Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 60 year old woman with a history of foramen magnum “meningioma”. MRI shows calcified posterior fossa lesion exerting mass effect on the fourth ventricle and medulla. There is mild to moderate ventricular dilatation. 1A1-4 MRI Studies 1A1 The cerebellar mass is strongly hyperintense in this FLAIR scan.
