Case 2 History ---- This 56 year old woman was 7 weeks status/post neurosurgical clipping of an MCA aneurysm. She developed local wound infection and an additional surgical procedure was performed to clean out the wound and place new hardware and screws. The specimen generated consisted of dura and epidural inflammatory mass. Dx: Gossypiboma, cotton rich inflammatory mass lesion.
