Case 6 History ---- This 56 year old female presented with a non-small cell lung carcinoma metastatic to the brain. She underwent resection of the brain metastasis followed by whole brain radiation. Her second surgical procedure at the same site resected the recurrent metastasis nearly a year after her first surgery later. Diagnosis: Gossypiboma and metastatic lung carcinoma
