Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 31-year-old woman with medical history of tubal infertility, status post prior frozen embryo transfer, who was preparing for in vitro fertilization and was found to have a borderline high circulating prolactin level. MRI workup revealed a sellar lesion and the patient began having chronic headaches. She was then referred to endocrinology and neurosurgery with a tentative diagnosis of pituitary adenoma.
