1I1-6 We have examined the area rich in plasma cells shown in 1H2 for IgG (1I1-3) and IgG4 (1I4-6) at comparable magnifications. ---- Numerous IgG stained plasma cells are seen in this plasma cell rich area (1I1-3). The same areas stained with IgG4 (1I4-6) show significantly fewer labeled cells (IgG4/IgG ratio less than 10%) providing no support for the process representing IgG4-related disease.
