Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 22 year old woman who was ten days postpartum. She complained of the loss of peripheral vision for the past few months with associated headache developing within two days of admission. On imaging, an enhancing sellar/suprasellar mass was noted. Operative procedure: Endoscopic trans-sphenoidal approach for partial resection of sellar and suprasellar mass.
