Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 23 year old woman who presented with headache and vision loss. The patient's serum prolactin and insulin-like growth factor concentration were elevated and thought consistent with an adenoma. A stealth-guided endoscopic trans-nasal trans-sphenoidal resection of the pituitary tumor was performed.
