1B4,B5 Higher magnification image of the plasma cell component demonstrates the well differentiated appearance of individual cells (H&E). CD138 (not illustrated) showed an increased number of plasma cells, both singly scattered and clustered, which comprised approximately 30% of the cells in the infiltrate.
