4A5-7 The inflammatory infiltrate in this case was heterogenous consisting of lymphocytes, plasma cells germinal center elements and eosinophils (4A8). Special stains performed on this material and reported at the AANP DSS in 2012 showed an IgG4 count of 80 plasma cells/HPF and an IgG4/IgG ratio of 15%.
