Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 49-year-old man with a history of hypertension, seasonal allergies, obesity, and chronic kidney disorder who presented in April 2024 with sinus congestion and one month of unilateral headache with photophobia. MRI examination showed pachymeningeal thickening and enhancement of the right cerebral convexity. PR3 antibody is > 8 with normal IgG4 serology. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy open brain biopsy.
