16A0 Case 16 History
Case 16 History ---- This patient is a 52-year-old woman who presented with progressive left sided hearing loss for three months. Brain and spine MRI show multiple enhancing extra-axial lesions, including mass lesions in bilateral cerebellopontine angles (CPA). There is no evidence of or pulmonary infection, hilar adenopathy or other systemic process. Operative procedure: Left suboccipital craniotomy for biopsy and partial resection of CPA lesion.
