Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 45-year-old woman with thoracic lymphadenopathy and multiple spinal lesions causing cord compression. Cultures of lesional tissue showed no growth. The ACE level was 9 units/L. Operative procedure: Cervical laminectomy for intradural/extramedullary lesion.
