2A0 Case 2 History
Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 30 year old man with a soft tissue mass on his left forearm. The patient was seropositive for rheumatoid factor and had synovitis on right hand and wrist, olecranon bursitis and arthritis involving right index finger. Operative procedure: Excision of left forearm mass, right extensor synovium, nodule from right index finger and right olecranon bursectomy. All lesions had the same histopathology.
