7 Odontoid subluxation (No history) ---- This image of the base of the skull is purported to demonstrate subluxation of the odontoid process into the foramen magnum with compression of the medulla and rostral spinal cord. The landmarks are hard to interpret but I have labeled the subluxed portion (arrow) and think there is residual disrupted brainstem (arrowhead).
