Case 4 History ---- This 75 year old man presented with episodes of syncope and headaches. His initial clinical assessment included metastatic lung carcinoma with accompanying hypercalcemia (due to bone metastasis), renal failure thought secondary to dehydration and a probable urinary tract infection.
