Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 74-year-old man with a chief complaint of weakness. Clinical suspicion of a hereditary myopathy with chronic neuromusculoskeletal respiratory failure and a family history of progressive weakness. Operative procedure: right biceps muscle biopsy. Workup showed chronic myopathy with aggregates and vacuoles in scattered muscle fibers whose workup was consistent with myotilin myopathy (LGMD 1A),
