Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 51-year-old woman with inflammatory arthritis, autoimmune polyneuropathy, a history of hydroxychloroquine usage, common variable immune deficiency, and recurrent disseminated mycobacteria infections who presented with new muscle weakness and was biopsied.
