Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 72-year-old female with a history of breast cancer and recent rapidly progressive diffuse weakness with hypophonia, dysphagia and respiratory involvement. Her final diagnosis was dermatomyositis with vascular pathology. ---- 4A1 Multiple small CB are seen in this fiber which is adjacent to a fiber with a pale target. (electron micrograph)
