Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 73-year-old man with a stooped posture while walking for about 2 years, which are similar symptoms those of his brothers. He was also noted to have sensory loss on examination, although he did not notice any numbness or paresthesias. The consulting physicians suspected neuropathy and myopathy.
