Case 5 History ---- This is a one year old male child with a history of seizure disorder with apnea. The patient also has hypotonia and hyperreflexia. MRI of the brain shows diffuse demyelination of unknown etiology, favor Pelizaeus-Merzbacher or a mitochondrial disorder.
