The sarcomere structure is unremarkable with a population of mitochondria of normal size and distribution within the sarcomere and subsarcolemma. There are scattered lipopigment aggregates. A neuromuscular antibody report showed all normal results. (electron micrograph) ---- Comment: The mitochondria in this biopsy were normal in size, number, and distribution.
