Case 4 History (Thanks Dr. Chunyu (Hunter) Cai) ---- The patient is a 32-year old woman with a syndrome characterized by ptosis, ophthalmoplegia, leukoencephalopathy and polyneuropathy that may have demyelinating features and a gastrointestinal disorder.
