Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 3-1/2-month-old former full-term infant with a history of a neuromuscular disorder characterized by hypotonia, arthrogryposis, hypoventilation, and cor pulmonale. He was diagnosed with infantile-onset rod myopathy. Genetic studies were not performed on this old case.
