12B1-3 These images are part of the intraoperative frozen section examination and show a diffuse process with mildly atypical astrocytes, most appearing reactive, superimposed on a foamy and pale background. A demyelinative process was favored, supported by the results of a smear preparation also performed during the intraoperative consultation (H&E)
