Case 16 History ---- The patient is a 51yo female with a history of coronary artery disease who presented with several weeks of progressive left-sided weakness and aphasia. MRI showed 1.4 cm incomplete peripherally enhancing lesion centered in the periventricular right frontal centrum semiovale with adjacent 2mm and 5 mm enhancing nodules, and several additional enhancing lesions within the periventricular white matter. Operative procedure: Stealth guided brain biopsy. ---- 16A1 Lesions are hypointense (the largest shown with an arrow) in this T1 weighted scan.
