Case 5 History ---- This patient is a 45 year old right handed female with Type 2 diabetes, hypertension and hypothyroidism, who presented with a 6 week subacute onset of progressive right-sided hemiparesis and expressive aphasia. She received a diagnosis of active inflammatory demyelinating progress. The patient is partially paralyzed on her right side and also has drop foot on that side in 2018.
