Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 21 year old woman, status post acute termination of pregnancy who presented at the ER with visual blurriness two weeks later, diagnosed as retinitis. Multiple ring enhancing white matter lesions were seen on an MRI scan. She received an MRI-guided needle biopsy with the diagnosis of inflammatory demyelinating process.
