4C1-3 Sections of the lumbosacral cord show demyelination of the dorsal columns (arrow, #4C2) and probable tract degeneration involving the lateral corticospinal tract (arrowheads, #4C2). ---- The lumbosacral cord stained with H&E stain appears minimally involved, without inflammation or macrophages.
