3B1-15 Multiple H&E, LFB-PAS (myelin) and Bielschowsky (axons) stains are applied to near sequential sections of these cord segments. There is loss of staining in this H&E section with pallor involving multiple regions of the cord, not following any single pathway (H&E) ---- The arrow in image 3B1 shows the location of sections presented at different magnifications in images 3B4-12.
