Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 55-year-old woman who presented with a six week history of headaches and two weeks of nausea and vomiting. An MRI showed multiple enhancing nodules with the largest lesion in the right thalamus measuring 2 cm. This patient received high-dose steroid therapy for 5 days prior to biopsy. The biopsy results are demonstrated in the following images.
