1D4,5 Although there were enlarged ballooned cells in the adrenal, the cleft-like lucent lamellar inclusions, presumably containing long-chain fatty acids, which may be found in Schwann cells, oligodendroglia, macrophages, testicular and adrenal cortical cells, were not encountered in the current case.
