Case 11 History ---- This patient is a 22yo female with a history of migraine headaches who presented acutely several days following administration of the COVID vaccine in May 2021 with right arm weakness, right vision changes, and tinnitus. She was subsequently found to have normal hearing and a normal vision exam. During the course of her evaluation she had no signs of systemic inflammation, a largely normal CSF profile, normal evaluations by dermatology and ophthalmology and nondiagnostic skin and thigh biopsies. Later, an abdominal skin biopsy was performed to attempt to establish this patient’s disease process which was successful. It is that skin biopsy which will be presented in this case.
