Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 50 year old man with progressive memory loss for approximately eight months. Images show multiple periventricular contrast-enhancing lesions. The patient's father, grandmother and several siblings had similar strokes. The patient also has mild, well-controlled hypertension. The patient is under steroid treatment without significant improvement. Clinical diagnosis: Rule out vasculitis. Operative procedure: Craniotomy - Right frontal biopsy.
