1A1-6 Neuropathology of the neurosurgical specimen of this patient less than 2 years prior to his death. ---- 1A1,2 Large areas of necrosis with damaged vessels, ranging from hyalinization, telangiectasias, concentric proliferation of mural elements to frank fibrinoid necrosis is the dominant appearance of this specimen but these changes do not appear to represent a classical vasculitis.
