4M1-3 The left eye showed retinal vasculature with a similar appearance to blood vessels in the brain. The "featureless" appearance to the vessels appear devoid of endothelium, and with pale-staining acellular-appearing walls. The final diagnosis was bilateral retinal vascular atrophy.
