Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 40 year old woman with history of atypical meningioma status post resection and radiation therapy in 2009. Approximately a year later she presented with headache and a large peripheral rim enhancing right frontal lobe lesion with areas of central necrosis. Operative procedure: Right frontal craniotomy and resection of lesion.
