Case 5 History ---- The patient is a 60-year-old woman with a history of lung adenocarcinoma status post lobectomy in January 2015 with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. She had recurrent disease with bone and brain metastasis diagnosed in November 2015. She underwent whole brain irradiation over 17 days in December 2015 and completed gamma knife radiosurgery in June 2016. She subsequently presented with two enhancing cerebellar masses. Follow-up MRI in October 2018 showed increasing size of a right cerebellar mass. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for resection of right cerebellar tumor. No residual neoplasm was discovered in any part of the specimen
