Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 30 year old man with a history of motor vehicle accident 6 days before his death. The accident resulted in several bone fractures, including both femurs. The patient developed acute respiratory insufficiency, lost kidney function, developed cerebral encephalopathy and died.
