Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 52-year-old woman with recent deteriorating vision, change in cognitive function for approximately six months, and polyuria suspicious for mild diabetes insipidus. MRI shows a 2.8 x 3.2 x 3.3 cm mixed solid and cystic enhancing suprasellar mass compressing the optic chiasm. Operative procedure: Stealth-guided right frontotemporal craniotomy for tumor resection with intraoperative MRI.
