Case 5 History ---- The patient is a 16-year-old boy who underwent resection of a sellar/suprasellar craniopharyngioma in May 2016 and returned for a second stage resection. Operative procedure x 2: Frontal craniotomy for subtotal resection of sellar/suprasellar mass. ---- 5A1-4 MRI Studies in this case: 5A1 The suprasellar mass is isointense/hyperintense on this FLAIR preparation.
