Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 46 year old man with a history of craniopharyngioma status post prior resections and radiation therapy. Now with recurrent suprasellar, 3rd ventricular mass. Operative findings: Cystic/semisolid mass. ---- 6A1-3 MRI appearance of the suprasellar/third ventricular neoplasm which is variegated on FLAIR examination, hyperintense with T1-weighted scan with contrast (6A2) and variegated/hyperintense in some areas in the T2-weighted image.
