Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 68-year-old man who presented with vision loss. MRI of the brain shows a ring enhancing suprasellar cyst. Operative procedure: Stealth guided endoscopic transnasal/transsphenoidal resection of pituitary. ---- 7A1,2 MRI shows a small mass which is isointense with T1-weighted scan (7A1) and enhances along the margins with contrast (7A2)
