Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 70 year old man with a uniform enhancing 2.8 cm mass located within the floor of the third ventricle. ---- 6A1-3 MRI studies show a T1-weighted isointense mass (6A1) which enhances with contrast (6A2). A T2-weighted image has a variegated enhancing appearance.
