1J1 A number of different cell appearances are seen in the ultrastructure of GCT. In this image there are cells with dense nucleoplasm as well as a neoplastic cell with a more vesicular open nuclei. Cytosomes are important parts of the cell content and give it a granular light microscopic appearance (Electron Micrograph).
