The non-neoplastic anterior pituitary gland is composed of clusters of pituitary cells with acidophilic, basophilic, and amphophilic cytoplasm. Cell clusters are separated by fibrovascular stroma with mild fibrosis. Crooke's hyaline change is conspicuous (arrow) in normal acini. (H&E)
